A focused space for healing and alignment. All 1:1 consultations are personalized to your unique needs and constitution.
A brief connection to ensure alignment before we begin.
Full history, SVA analysis, and a comprehensive protocol. Required for all new Ayurvedic clients.
Follow-up Ayurvedic reviews or full Life Coaching sessions.
Focused follow-ups, ritual tweaks, or a targeted Subtle Body reset.

One 90-min Deep Dive + two 60-min Standard sessions.

Four 60-min Standard sessions — ideal for quarterly Ayurvedic transitions.

Integrative Care: For Ayurvedic sessions, Sound, Reiki, and Marma therapy are included at no additional cost as part of your holistic protocol.
Location: Sessions are held at our private studio in Northern Baltimore County or via secure Zoom.
Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% fee to honor the time set aside for your care.
