"Love Yourself Yin Side Out" is a unique and deeply restorative Yin Yoga experience designed to help you release tension, cultivate inner peace, and nourish your entire being. This class is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and discover profound healing from the inside out.
In this mindful practice, we'll gently stretch and hold poses for longer durations, targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body. This meditative approach encourages the release of physical and emotional blockages, allowing you to let go of the issues from your tissues. We believe that Yoga is for every body, so all poses will be modified for people of all different levels and abilities, ensuring a comfortable and beneficial experience for everyone.
Beyond the physical postures, "Love Yourself Yin Side Out" will weave in powerful practices to enhance your journey: Meditation, Pranayama, Marma Therapy (discovering the subtle energy points of the body and gentle stimulating them), Mudras, and Sound Healing (Occasionally we'll incorporate resonate sound healing techniques to soothe the mind, body, and spirit)
