Blue Moon Sound Bath: Lotus in the Mud

  • Inspired By Yoga 4500 Black Rock Road Hampstead, MD, 21074 United States (map)

Join Jennifer, E-RYT 200, 500-RYT, Certified Aromatherapist, Master Sound & Reiki Healing Practitioner, for a profound evening under the rare Blue Moon. This event draws upon the energy of Anuradha, the "Lotus Star," inviting us to rise from the "mud" of deep emotion into the light of clarity and devotion. In the spirit of the Blue Moon, we will explore the power of Sankalpa-making an unwavering commitment to our soul's path. Through a specific "Lotus Rising" meditation, humming breathwork, and an immersive sound bath, you will learn to alchemize intensity into inner strength. Come prepared to honor your depth, seal your intentions, and rest in the vibration of the sacred sound current.
