The Primal Instinct: Hunter’s Moon Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra

  • Inspired By Yoga 4500 Black Rock Road Hampstead, MD, 21074 United States (map)

Join Jennifer, E-RYT200, 500-RYT, Master Sound Healing Practitioner & Reiki Master, for an evening of primal reconnection under the Hunter’s Moon. This bright autumn moon has long guided hunters and gatherers preparing for winter, calling us back to instinct and inner knowing. Together, we will drop into stillness through guided Yoga Nidra, then rest beneath a wash of crystal bowl tones as their vibrations awaken your body’s deeper wisdom. Come ready to lie down, breathe slow, and receive.
