Wolf Moon Sound Bath: The Shell & The Sanctuary

"The Shell and The Sanctuary". Often, we view our outer shell as a wall to keep others out; in this session, we will reimagine it as a necessary boundary of safety. Because only when the shell is strong, can the heart inside truly rest.
What to Expect:
The "Nesting" Process: We begin by building a warm, comfortable "nest"using bolsters and blankets, allowing you to settle physically before we travel inward.
Somatic Breathwork: You will be guided through a "Shell Breath" practice, breathing into the back body to reinforce your boundaries while softening the heart space.
A 60-Minute Sound Journey: Allow the vibrations to wash over you in three phases: grounding Earth rhythms to anchor safety, fluid waters to release emotion, and ethereal chimes to connect with wisdom.
Reiki & Silence: The evening concludes with a period of profound silence ("Shunyata") and a Reiki sealing visualization to integrate the healing benefits of the practice. Come build your sanctuary. No movement is required -simply the discipline to rest and receive.
