Join therapeutic yoga specialist Jennifer Misterka at The Manor Mill for a profound 90-minute session dedicated to releasing tension and fostering deep relaxation. This all-levels practice guides students through a unique three-part sequence: Gentle Flow to warm the muscles, Yin Yoga to target deep connective tissues, and Restorative poses to calm the nervous system. All necessary props, including blankets and bolsters, are provided alongside curated essential oils and crystals, ensuring a safe, trauma-informed environment adaptable to all bodies and needs.
